Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Molaglora application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Zeyad Mohamed (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Application.
1. License to Use the Application
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal use only, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Create derivative works based on the Application
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Application, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
The Service Provider is not responsible for any unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Bookings and Services
The Application allows users to book appointments for beauty centers and dentistry-related services.
By making a booking, you agree that:
- Bookings are subject to availability
- The Service Provider does not guarantee appointment confirmation until it is accepted by the service provider or system
- You are responsible for attending or cancelling bookings in a timely manner
The Service Provider is not responsible for disputes between users and third-party service providers (e.g., clinics or beauty centers).
4. Payments (If Applicable)
If payments are introduced in the Application in the future:
- All fees will be clearly displayed before confirmation
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Third-party payment processors may be used
5. Phone Verification
For account security, the Application may require phone number verification using a one-time password (OTP) during registration.
This verification is used only to confirm ownership of the phone number and does not affect login credentials.
6. Availability of the Service
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application available and functional at all times, but:
- The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
- Internet connection is required for full functionality
- The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by network failures or device issues
7. Updates and Changes
The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time.
You agree that:
- Updates may be required to continue using the Application
- The Application may change in features, design, or functionality
- The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice
8. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or bookings
- Service interruptions
- Errors caused by third-party systems or providers
Users use the Application at their own risk.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Keeping your device secure
- Maintaining access to your account
- Ensuring your device has sufficient battery and internet access
- Using the Application in compliance with applicable laws
10. Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application if:
- You violate these Terms
- Fraud or abuse is detected
- Required by law or security concerns arise
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately stop.
